Our mission is to offer and provide psychotherapy services to the vulnerable, underserved communities of color, African and Caribbean descent.
To combat stigma and break generational trauma by creating, promoting and engaging in opportunities to normalize mental health struggles and treatment within communities of color.
The practice will bring an eclectic therapeutic approach to the work, practicing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy and Psycho-education.

SERVICES
FAMILY THERAPY
In family sessions, we’ll work through current problems, improve positive thinking and increase communication skills. We will work to reframe reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. Hoping to foster healthy interpersonal relationships while working to break cycles of generational trauma.
COUPLES THERAPY
Relationships are not easy and if you're starting to feel hopeless, it may be time to seek help from a licensed professional. Couples Therapy sessions help develop positive attitudes towards life’s most complex and challenging circumstances. The sessions are aimed to increase effective communication skills, work through interpersonal conflicts and promote mutual respect for one another.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual Therapy sessions guide you in every step of the way, implementing various methods/modalities to help develop new attitudes towards all of life’s most complex matters, with the skills to address them. We are here to help you achieve your personal goals while promoting optimal well-being.
